The room was a good size and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel also provided hot water in the shower, great. The cleaning lady was friendly and did a good job keeping the room tidy.
The hallway carpet was worn down, but that didn't affect my comfort.

The hotel lacks proper noise insulation, resulting in a noisy environment both during the day and night. The constant sound of cars honking and street conversations can be a major disturbance, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location near the osmanbey metro station was extremely convenient and allowed me to easily explore downtown. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping available. The airport shuttle service was efficient and made my travel experience seamless. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The spacious room had a cozy sitting area and a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the nice weather. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and restful sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with free toiletries. the hotel offered enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

During our romantic escape, we loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short walk away from the metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel building itself was also quite excellent, with its beautiful architecture adding to the overall charm of our stay. we really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist us with any queries or requests.
We found the cleanliness of the hotel to be lacking.

Conveniently located near Osmanbey metro station, this hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The hot water in the shower is a plus. The friendly cleaning staff ensures a pleasant stay. It's a short 20-minute trip to Taksim.
